OPERATION: Our awnings are pre-assembled; all you need to do is secure them to a structurally sound wall. The kit comes with all required parts and installation instructions. You don't have to wind the awning all the way down. The gearbox system will keep the awning at any desired height. The bottom bar of the awning can be hooked using a stainless steel buckle, and the fabric will be held tight by lightly tensioning it using a gearbox

WARRANTY This product is covered by a 12-month warranty for faulty parts replacement. The warranty does not cover problems or damage resulting from improper operation, damage due to improper installation or when an awning is left open in a storm or high winds
