General Questions asked by our customers

 

A: Payment can be made via Zippay, PayID and Direct Deposit for Australian customers only.


  • Pending payment - Order received, no payment initiated. Awaiting payment (unpaid).
  • Failed - Payment failed or was declined (unpaid) or requires authentication (SCA).
  • Processing - Payment received (paid); order is awaiting fulfilment.
  • Completed - Order fulfilled and complete - Shipped and tracking number provided.
  • On-Hold - Awaiting payment - stock is reduced, but we need to confirm payment.
  • Cancelled - Cancelled by an admin or the customer.
  • Refunded - Refunded.
